We have a spot on our Client Service team, where you’ll be a key player in the customer journey providing support post-purchase to ensure their experience is consistently positive. In such a busy world, our clients need someone who can connect with them, unearth their needs and offer solutions. 

Our team is collaborative, dedicated and always looking to serve. Peers are available to answer questions and you’ll connect regularly with your supervisor to discuss your goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Learn our software, processes and systems to expertly assist any client over email or phone
  • Partner with clients to effectively resolve issues
  • Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate a variety of features within the products
  • Diagnose software issues and engage with second level support using established processes
  • Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions to help clients move forward and grow their programs
  • Take opportunities to suggest best practices for an optimized client experience
  • Complete new client training and assist with introduction of new features as they are released
  • Pass along with client feedback to recommend enhancement to internal features and processes

Who you are:

  • You have your high school diploma, preferably a 2 or 4-year college degree
  • You have at least 1 year of experience delighting clients with service or support
  • You have familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • You adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
  • You find creative problem-solving fulfilling and challenging
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, building and maintaining relationships
  • You have a clear, professional and informative communication style
  • You aren’t phased by details and you have proficient data entry skills
  • You learn quickly and have an affinity for technology
  • You demonstrate reliability and manage projects and deadlines well
