We are looking for a Relationship Consultant in our Sales department. This position will report to the Head of Sales.

This role focuses on our renewal book of business of over 6,000 active education clients using our ASAP and Charms products. This role will collaborate with our Marketing Team to engage, service, retain and upsell this client list. You will work directly with our customers to ensure we deliver top quality service and continue earning their business. You will have the opportunity to upsell recently launched products to ensure their satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role you will

  • Provide strategic direction, assists management with the development of “cross selling & client retention plans”
  • Coordinate internal company resources to drive program growth, profitability and increase client usage
  • Develop, establish and manage actionable/manageable activity metrics, including tracking & analyzing sales goals & pipeline activities
  • Develop a systematic approach to deliver results to this growing customer base

Excellent performance looks like: Effective cross selling of new products, portfolio management and growth/retention of our existing clients relative to monthly/quarterly/annual objectives.

Who you are:

  • You have 2 years’ Account Manager and/or Inside Sales experience
  • You have demonstrated ability to establish processes & measurements of success for a growing business
  • You are able to effectively connect with a large customer base and systematically make an impact on customer retention and revenue growth
  • You have excellent communication skills that allow for strong partnerships and information sharing through formal & informal channels to stakeholders, up to and including senior management
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • You communicate effectively and efficiently in both written and verbal forms
  • You bring high energy, tenacity and the ability to work independently
  • You have demonstrated the ability to be flexible and an expert in many areas
  • You have a positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, succeed and win
  • You are coachable and take constructive feedback to excel professionally

It's a bonus if you have managed a renewal book of business and are familiar with the adult education space.
