Are you an architect that loves to work with new technologies, design solutions for the cloud, and work on innovative market-leading products? Would you like to help design services that will drive the success of a SaaS payments company? If so, we could use your help. We are a growing company looking for an experienced architect to join our team to design the development of next-generation payment services, modernize and migrate applications to the cloud, and help promote engineering best practices across a diverse set of technologies and platforms.

We support several custom developed applications that make up our Software-as-a-Service platform in varying states of cloud transition ranging from cloud-native built from the ground up to on-premises systems needing assessment and migration to the cloud. As a result, this position has excellent learning opportunities as we support modern applications and are migrating others.

You will work cross-functionally and become a domain expert when it comes to our application portfolio. Our applications are increasingly focused on integration which will give you an opportunity to help drive consistency and adoption of an API-first strategy.

We strive to deliver new features to our customers and partners on a continuous basis. You will work closely with our DevOps Center of Excellence and members of the product teams responsible for DevOps automation to ensure that we are designing and implementing pipelines that build, package, deploy, and test our solutions in a continuous delivery model.

Because security is a top priority for Vanco, you will work closely with members of our Security team to ensure adherence with policies and procedures as well as review architectural guidance with them to deliver solutions that meet the highest security standards.
